Bug fixes

• Fixed an issue with giraffe neck skinning.
• Fixed an issue where appendage group mirror mode would not be applied upon load.
• Fixed an issue with appendage mirror mode FLIP not working as expected.
• hands_stylizedhands: Fixed bad merge vertex part.
• heads_giraffe: Fixed two bad shapes on males and the merge between head and default has now been laxed a bit after over zealous merge parameters caused a visible gap on the neck.
• parts_head_birdhair: The pivot has now been fixed so it's on the in the middle of the mesh and not way offset as it was before.
  • (The two Stylized Bird Templates have been updated with the new hair pivots.)
